DERYCOM operates as a certification body accredited under ISO/IEC 17065 by A2LA, with recognition from the US Federal Communications Commission (FCC), Innovation Science and Economic Development (ISED) Canada, Japan Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications (MIC), Hong Kong OFCA, Singarpore IMDA to certify product compliance. In Europe, DERYCOM serves as a Notified Body for the European Union (EU), authorized to issue Type Examination Certificates under the Radio Equipment Directive (RED), and as an Approval Body (Under Pending) for the United Kingdom (UKCA). Through APEC MRA Phase II, DERYCOM is also empowered to perform testing and certification, streamlining the regulatory approval process across these regions.
TELECOMMUNICATION CERTIFICATION BODY (TCB) – USA
DERYCOM is designated as TCB for all Products in the scope A and B
DERYCOM evaluates your product’s compliance with FCC regulations and issues Equipment Authorization Certificates required for marketing and sale in the United States. We specialize in:
- Part 15 Devices: Unlicensed radiofrequency (RF) devices, such as Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and RFID.
- Part 22 to 101 Devices: Licensed transmitters, including cellular, satellite, and broadband communication equipment
FOREIGN CERTIFICATION BODY (FCB) – CANADA
As an ISED Foreign Certification Body (FCB), DERYCOM is authorized under Innovation, Science and Economic Development Canada (ISED) regulations to certify radio equipment for compliance with Canadian requirements. Our expertise ensures manufacturers can achieve smooth market entry into Canada by meeting all applicable regulatory standards.
We assess technical documentation and test reports to verify compliance with Radio Standards Specifications (RSS) and relevant ISED requirements. Upon successful evaluation, we issue ISED Certification, a mandatory step for marketing and selling radio equipment in Canada.

NOTIFIED BODY (NB) – European Union
As Notified Body (NB 3052), DERYCOM is a Notified Body authorized under the Radio Equipment Directive (RED) to assist manufacturers in achieving compliance for products entering the European Union (EU) market. Our expertise ensures your products meet all necessary regulatory requirements for smooth market entry.
We evaluate your product’s technical documentation to ensure compliance with essential requirements under the RED. If compliant, we issue Type Examination Certificates, a critical step in demonstrating conformity for certain categories of radio equipment.
REGISTERED CERTIFICATION BODY (RCB) – JAPAN
As a Registered Certification Body (RCB 222) under Japan’s Radio Act and Telecommunication Business Act, DERYCOM is authorized by the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications (MIC) to certify radio and Telecommunication equipment for compliance with Japanese regulatory requirements. Our certification ensures manufacturers can legally market and operate their products in Japan.
We evaluate technical documentation and test reports to verify conformity with the Construction Design Certification and Technical Standards Conformity Certification requirements. Upon successful assessment, we issue Giteki (技適) Mark certification, which is mandatory for radio and Telecommunication equipment in Japan.
